Block side and coffee tables
ترابيزات جانبية
Cylinders, cubes, drums and stepped blocks cut from the ends of slabs and the last of a block. Because the material is already paid for by another job, this is the cheapest way to own a piece of a stone you could never floor a room in.
How it is built
Offcuts, which is the only reason these are affordable.
- Cored, sawn or mitred from remnant. We show you what is actually on the rack rather than a rendering of what you might get.
- Solid where the size allows, mitred hollow where it would otherwise be unliftable.
- Felt or cork to the base as standard, because stone on marble flooring writes on it.
| Typical size | 350–600 mm across, 380–450 mm high |
|---|---|
| Build | Solid where liftable, mitred hollow above |
| Base | Felt or cork faced as standard |
| Lead time | 2 weeks, subject to remnant stock |
Worth knowing before you order
Remnant means what it says. If you want six matching, tell us early and we will cut them from one slab.
Stone
What it is cut from.
This is where the semi-precious materials make sense. A side table in petrified wood or picture jasper costs a fraction of what the same stone would cost as a wall.

Picture Jasper
Landscape figuring — the stone reads as a painted horizon.

Petrified Wood Retro
Fossilised timber — growth rings turned to stone.

Tiger Eye
Golden fibrous banding with a moving sheen.

Rosa Marwa
Beige-pink granite, fine speckle, warm under daylight.

Verde Ghazal Light
Olive green at a lighter value, with more pale feldspar.

Amethyst
Violet crystal, at its best with light behind it.
