Aluminium & Glass Works
Glass is unforgiving. It is either measured right or it is scrap, because nothing can be trimmed once it is toughened. Our glazing crew templates on site, processes off site and comes back to fit — frameless shower enclosures, balustrades, sliding walls, printed and sandblasted panels, mirrors and thermal-break aluminium — with fixings specified for where the house actually stands. Within sight of the sea that means seaside-class coating and stainless, not whatever arrived on the pallet.
Scope of works
What we actually do.
Everything below happens inside our business — no subcontracted links in the chain.
- 01
Shower enclosures
Frameless and framed enclosures in 8 and 10 mm toughened glass, walk-in panels and wet room screens, with hinges, channels and handles in brushed steel, matt black, chrome or PVD gold, and a factory-applied coating that keeps limescale off the glass.
- 02
Balustrades & stair screens
Toughened laminated balustrades on stairs, landings, terraces and pool edges, in a base channel or on stainless point fixings, with or without a handrail — calculated for the load rather than copied from a photograph.
- 03
Sliding, folding & pivot glass
Sliding and lift-and-slide doors, folding walls that open a reception onto a terrace, and oversized pivot entrance doors, in minimal-frame or thermal-break systems with tracks set into the floor build-up.
- 04
Decorative glass & mirrors
Sandblasted, acid-etched, digitally printed, back-painted and antiqued glass for doors, screens and splashbacks, plus mirrored walls, bronze and grey mirror and mirror inset into wardrobe and joinery fronts.
- 05
Aluminium systems & curtain walling
Thermal-break windows and doors, curtain walling and glazed screens, with seaside-class powder coating, drained and vented frames, and hardware chosen to survive a coastal winter of standing salt.

Selection
What the glazing crew makes
Frameless shower enclosureBathrooms
Glass to glass with the minimum of hardware, hinges matched to the brassware, and a threshold detail that keeps water in the tray rather than on the bedroom floor.
Wet room screenWalk-in showers
A single fixed panel with a stabiliser bar, which needs the floor falls right from the start because there is no door to hide a lazy gradient.
Glass balustradeStairs & terraces
Laminated glass in a base channel or on point fixings for stairs, landings, mezzanines and the sea-facing terraces of Marina, Almaza Bay and the New Alamein towers, where the view is the whole reason for the house.
Sliding & folding wallsReception to terrace
Large sliding and folding sets that open a room to the outside, with tracks planned into the floor build-up rather than added as a ramp afterwards.
Printed & sandblasted glassDoors & screens
Patterned, etched and digitally printed panels for internal doors, partitions and splashbacks — privacy without losing the light.
Mirrors & mirrored joineryDressing rooms
Full-height mirror walls, bronze and smoked mirror panels, and mirror inset into wardrobe fronts, cut and polished to fit the joinery rather than the other way round.
