Finishing
Finishing, from bare shell to keys
Apartments, villas, chalets and offices finished by one company. We supply the materials, make what is fitted in our own workshops, and hand over a home ready to live in.
Finishing in Egypt usually means a dozen trades on one site — a plasterer, an electrician, a plumber, a tiler, a carpenter, a painter, a marble crew — each with their own supplier and their own idea of the schedule. We run them as one job, with one team, against one written quotation.
You can hand us the whole unit, from the bare shell to the day you move in, or one part of it: a kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors, a gypsum ceiling. The standard is the same either way.
And the money is never in our hands. On a finishing contract you pay each supplier directly and the tax invoice is issued in your name, so there is no margin hidden in the materials.
