What we collect. What you send us: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the property location and whatever you write in the message. When you send the form we also record the IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from, for spam protection. We do not ask for or store payment details.
How it reaches us. The form is delivered to us by an email relay (FormSubmit) and a notification to our office phone; both carry only the details above.
What we use it for. Replying to your enquiry, arranging a survey and quoting your project. Nothing else.
Who sees it. Our own team. We do not sell or rent your details. Where a project needs a specialist partner, they receive only what concerns their part of the work.
Analytics and advertising. This site may use measurement tools to see which pages lead to enquiries. These set cookies and you can refuse them in your browser settings.
How long we keep it. Active enquiries and project records for as long as the commercial relationship and any warranty period requires. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
