Who we are
An Alexandria group that
owns every step.
Quarry blocks, cutting lines, a joinery workshop, a spray booth, a metal shop and our own MEP crews. Assembled deliberately, so a client can hand over an entire house to one company.
The idea
Why we are built this way.
Egypt has extraordinary raw material and genuinely skilled trades. What it often lacks is coordination. A client buys marble from one company, has it cut by a second, fitted by a third, and then discovers the kitchen was measured to a different drawing. Nobody is at fault, and everybody is.
We assembled the pieces instead. We buy stone at the block in Menia, Suez and Aswan and cut it ourselves. We build kitchens, wardrobes and doors in our own workshop and spray them in our own booth. We fabricate staircases, railings and pergolas in our metal shop. Our electricians and plumbers are ours, not a phone number.
That structure is not about being large. It is about a single set of drawings passing through every trade without being re-interpreted — which is the only reliable way to get a room where the stone, the joinery and the lighting all line up.
We work for villa, chalet and apartment owners, often alongside their own interior designer or architect, and a large share of our clients live abroad and never see the site until it is finished. That has shaped how we report, how we price and how we hand over.
How the business is arranged
Four steps, all of them ours.
- 01
We source
Marble and granite bought at the block from quarries in Menia, Suez and Aswan, and imported through standing accounts in Carrara, Spain and India. No middleman markup, no photograph-only buying.
- 02
We manufacture
Our own stone-cutting lines, joinery workshop, spray booth and metal shop. Kitchens, wardrobes, doors, staircases and worktops are made by us, from the drawings the site was measured against.
- 03
We install
Fitted by our own crews, not a subcontractor you have never met. The person who templated the room is standing there when the stone goes down.
- 04
We hand over
A joint snag list, as-built drawings, circuit schedules, warranties and a named aftercare contact.
What that means for you
Six things that are actually different.
One contract instead of nine
Stone, joinery, glazing, shutters, ironwork and electrics all sit inside our business. There is no gap between trades for responsibility to fall through, and no week lost while two subcontractors argue about a level.
Coastal specification as standard
On the North Coast and in Alexandria we move to seaside-class coatings, 316 stainless, hot-dip galvanising and moisture-hardened cores — and we write it on the quotation so you can hold us to it.
Material at the supplier's price, a management fee for us
You pay every supplier directly, at their price, and the tax invoice is in your name. We charge a management fee agreed in writing before work starts and never touch the material price. Variations are quoted and approved before the work happens, never presented as a surprise at the end.
Built for owners who are not here
Weekly written reports with dated photographs, video walkthroughs at each stage and decisions batched into scheduled calls. A large share of our clients live in the Gulf, Europe or North America.
Honest material advice
We will tell you to put quartz on the worktop and keep the marble on the island face. We will tell you that quartz outdoors in Sahel is a mistake. Selling you the wrong stone twice is worse business than selling it right once.
Off-season coastal programming
We design in autumn and build through winter, so Sahel projects are finished before the season instead of during it — with easier access and better crew availability.
Facilities
Where the work happens.
Alexandria is home. Our showrooms in El Deresa and our own workshops feed every project we run, wherever it is in the country.
