Kitchens

A kitchen is the one room where bad manufacturing shows up daily — a door that drops, a drawer that catches, a worktop joint over the sink. We make ours in our own workshop, on the same drawings the worktop is cut from, and we install them with the stone team standing behind us.

Scope of works

What we actually do.

Everything below happens inside our business — no subcontracted links in the chain.

  1. 01

    Design & 3D approval

Measured survey, layout options, and photoreal 3D renders with real materials before anything is priced or cut. You approve a picture of your kitchen, not a mood board.

  2. 02

    In-house manufacturing

Carcasses in moisture-resistant MDF or plywood with edge-banded interiors; fronts in polyurethane lacquer, high-gloss acrylic, natural veneer, thermofoil or solid wood.

  3. 03

    Hardware that lasts

Blum, Hettich and Grass runners, hinges and lift systems with soft-close as standard, plus internal organisers, corner solutions and integrated bins.

  4. 04

    Integrated worktops

Quartz, sintered stone, granite or marble cut on our own CNC to the same file the cabinets came from — mitred waterfalls, seamless splashbacks, undermount sinks.

  5. 05

    Appliances & services

Cut-outs, ventilation runs, water and electrical first-fix coordinated with our MEP team so nothing is chased into a finished wall.

  6. 06

    Installation & snagging

Fitted, levelled and aligned by our own installers, then a documented snag list closed before we ask for the final payment.

Questions we get asked

Kitchens — questions we get asked

How long does a bespoke kitchen take in Egypt?
Six to ten weeks from signed drawings to installed, for a normal villa or apartment kitchen. Imported fronts or specialist appliances can add two to four weeks. We give you a dated production schedule at contract, not a vague promise, and the worktop is templated only after the cabinets are physically standing in the room.
What is the difference between lacquer and acrylic fronts?
Polyurethane lacquer is sprayed and cured in our booth — any colour, matte or gloss, repairable if damaged, and the right choice for classic profiles. Acrylic is a factory-applied sheet with a deeper mirror gloss and better scratch resistance, but it cannot be repaired locally and only comes in stock colours. For most premium kitchens we specify matte lacquer.
Do you supply appliances too?
We coordinate and install them, and we can supply through our trade accounts if you want a single point of responsibility. Many clients buy appliances themselves — that is fine, we just need the model list before we cut, because a 60 cm oven and a 59.5 cm one are not the same problem.
Can you work with my interior designer?
Regularly. We produce shop drawings from their design intent, flag anything that will not manufacture or will not survive Egyptian humidity, and build to their specification. Designers tend to like us because the stone and the joinery come from the same set of drawings.
