Entrance Lobby & Marble Stairwell
The common areas of a residential building, which are the first thing every resident and every visitor sees and the first thing most developers skimp. Granite stair treads with stainless balustrades and brass-detailed newels, Greek-key marble inlay on the lobby steps, black-and-cream marble columns under a coffered lit ceiling, and a curved marble stair under a crystal chandelier.
