Windows, Doors & Glazing
The window is the most expensive mistake in an Egyptian villa. Get the thermal break, the glass spec and the drainage right and the house is quiet and cheap to cool. Get them wrong and you have condensation, whistling and a cooling bill nobody can explain. We fabricate and install, so the survey, the glass order and the seal are one responsibility.
Scope of works
What we actually do.
Everything below happens inside our business — no subcontracted links in the chain.
- 01
Thermal-break aluminium
Polyamide thermal-break profiles in casement, tilt-and-turn, sliding and lift-and-slide configurations, powder-coated in any RAL or wood-effect finish.
- 02
Minimal-frame sliding systems
Slim sightline sliders and lift-and-slide doors with recessed tracks and near-invisible frames for sea and garden views.
- 03
uPVC systems
Multi-chamber uPVC with steel reinforcement — excellent thermal and acoustic performance where the aesthetic allows it.
- 04
Glass specification
Double-glazed units with argon fill, low-E coatings, solar-control and acoustic laminates, and toughened or laminated safety glass where it is required.
- 05
Frameless & structural glass
Frameless balustrades, glass partitions, shower screens, canopies and structural glass corners.
- 06
Entrance & security doors
Armoured entrance doors, pivot doors in timber or aluminium composite, and glazed pivot entrances with concealed closers.

Selection
Systems and where they belong
Thermal-break casement & tilt-turnVillas
The reliable default. Best seal, best security, easiest to service, and it takes a fly screen without looking added-on.
Lift-and-slideLarge openings
Heavy panels that lift off their seal to glide, then drop to compress it. Quiet, weathertight, and the right system for a 4-metre terrace opening.
Minimal sightline slidersSea views
When the client wants glass and not frame. Structurally demanding and worth specifying at the design stage.
uPVC multi-chamberValue & acoustics
Outstanding thermal and sound numbers for the money. We use it where the frame will be curtained or the elevation is secondary.
Frameless glassBalustrades & screens
Toughened laminated glass on channel or spigot fixings for terraces, stairs and pool edges.
