Extra is not a different quarry — it is a selection. Blocks with the palest ground and the fewest markings are pulled aside at the quarry face and cut separately. The result is a quiet, near-uniform cream that behaves like a neutral: it sits under strong joinery without competing, and it photographs clean under warm and cool light alike.
